Vision West ND is a consortium of the 19 oil and gas producing counties in western North Dakota. We led them through strategic planning, governing, marketing, membership, and budgeting. Today Vision West ND is a growing organization of community leaders that is successful, partially due to DLN Consulting, Inc.'s administration and management.
